Volunteer Registration

On behalf of the Lycoming County SPCA, we thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2018 Paws for a Cause Event! This event would not be possible without the support of volunteers such as yourself.

We will be looking to meet with volunteers on Friday, April 13th at 6:00 pm for a brief orientation/training meeting and then will meet up again at 7:00 am on Saturday, April 14th to get in position and set up for the day. Volunteer t-shirts will be distributed at the meeting on Friday. As this is a fund raising event, we are trying to keep the overhead of running the event as low as possible. As such, we are suggesting a $5/donation for volunteer shirts to cover the cost of the shirt. The $5 is a suggestion, not a requirement, as first and foremost we appreciate the donation of your time and energy that you are making.

  • In this comment section, please rank your preferred volunteer assignment from the list below. While not required, if there is any additional information you want to provide you can provide that below as well. For example, information that may be helpful in volunteer placement is experience you may have in a particular area or limitations you may have that would prevent you from being able to perform the duties of certain assignments. You can also indicate if you have no preference and are open to being placed where needed. While we will attempt to place you into a volunteer assignment based on your preference, you may not get your top choices for volunteer assignment as we will need people distributed so that all areas have adequate coverage.
