On behalf of the Lycoming County SPCA, we thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2024 Paws Run Event! This event would not be possible without the support of volunteers such as yourself.

Volunteer check-in on Saturday, April 13 is between 7 am and 7:30 am. At 7:30 am there will be a volunteer orientation meeting at which volunteers will be assigned to an area of the course and taken to the assigned post for instruction. Volunteers will be done 11 am at the very latest.

As the success of the event is dependent upon volunteers and we will begin assigning volunteers to tasks prior to the event, if you sign up to volunteer we will be touching base with you in the days leading up to the event to confirm your participation.

Volunteer Registration

  • In this comment section, please rank your preferred volunteer assignment from the list below. While not required, if there is any additional information you want to provide you can provide that below as well. For example, information that may be helpful in volunteer placement is experience you may have in a particular area or limitations you may have that would prevent you from being able to perform the duties of certain assignments. You can also indicate if you have no preference and are open to being placed where needed. While we will attempt to place you into a volunteer assignment based on your preference, you may not get your top choices for volunteer assignment as we will need people distributed so that all areas have adequate coverage.
